Moreover, it has featured by its planning, the city is divided in to residential (Apartment Buildings – Villas), educational, entertainment, administrative, commercial, health care, clubs, golf and green areas. In addition to the architectural policies set by the city council to keep the city theme as the old Heliopolis.
